Negative: At first I ask the clerk if I could upgrade to club access and she said their not doing that anymore and then she gave the noisy room (1401) because of the elevator. She must give me a room that is better atleast since my request was decline.

Positive: It’s was clean and well kept.
Negative: The parking lot was sketchy, I was travelling with two kids and there were people loitering around the parking lot which I didn’t feel too comfortable about.

Positive: the customer service was amazing. I am disabled and the front desk person realized it and changed my room as it was only stair access. He placed me by the elevator as well. I truly appreciated his efforts.
Negative: The air conditioner wasn't working. It was super-hot and stuffy. I dropped the temperature down to 66 and I was sweating all night.
